Welcome to the Capsim UX (User Experience) Program – the newest addition to Capsim® Management Simulations Inc. ®. CapsimUX serves three purposes: continue to make our clients lives easier, provide professors with the opportunity to try new Capsim products, and provide students with an experiential position. We are looking for students to join our team – on your campus. While under the direction and support from the head program coordinator, the UX Ambassador will link students and teachers to product trials which will require user feedback. The UX Ambassador will have a chance to assess feedback and provide input to the Capsim Product Design & Development team – which will help shape current and future products.

The CapsimUX Program allows for fundamental experience, as well as the opportunity to shape your business skills, soft skills, and self-awareness by having unlimited access to our products.

The Role:

 Distribute Capsim trial cards to assigned amount of students and professors monthly

 Provide feedback to Product Design & Development team after analyzing data collection at end of each semester

 ADD to your position – Want to write blog posts? Strengthen any marketing skills? You choose one area/task that you want to add to this position and learn more about. You will gain experience in whatever area you choose, with the guidance from a Capsim team member.

 Commit to an average of 10-25 hours per month on-campus

 One semester commitment to the program (position may be prolonged upon agreement)

Qualifications:

 Must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior enrolled in a college or university

 Possess good communication skills and connect well with others

 Self-starting with a good work ethic

All undergraduate majors are encouraged to apply, especially those with a focus in Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Computer Sciences, Product Development, or Education

We believe in having fun and making a difference. Although you will not be here in Chicago with us, we still want you to have a dose of the Capsim experience. We will organize outings for you and your campus team during the semester to connect and have fun.
